Jacques de Satgé, former intern with the Office, features on RNZ‘s Our Changing World programme. Jacques talks about his PhD research into the moho pererū banded rail, a native bird often found in mangroves, as well as his work with the Office investigating mangrove removal resource consents and mangrove management policies.
